Before placing an order, it is important to determine the exact fit and size for you. We would recommend the following options:
- Please refer to our ring size guide on the product’s page, which offers step-by-step guidance on how to find the right size for you.
- If you already have a ring, you can measure the inner diameter of your ring; our ring size guide can be used for this purpose as well.
Please add the item you would like to your basket, then click through to checkout, making sure you enter all details as required. As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds for online orders can be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Please kindly note a return shipping fee of £30 will be deducted from the refund amount/credit note.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
You must notify us via e-mail at [email protected], within three working days of receiving your delivery if the item was received damaged.
We will require proof of purchase and visible proof of damage through photos/videos. We will then ask you to send the item back to us, and we will repair the item for you free of charge or offer you a like-for-like replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that if you have not informed us within 3 working days of receiving the package that your item was received as damaged or faulty, then we regret that the returns process will be voided.
