Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will return or exchange any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging. Exceptions apply to pierced jewellery such as earrings for hygiene and safety reasons, and as such are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Non-damaged items sent back to us for a refund or exchange within the 14-day period should be in their original packaging and must be unworn, unused and undamaged. For items being returned to us for a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for all delivery costs.

Upon receiving your return, we will conduct an inspection of the item and inform you via e-mail whether you are eligible for a refund. Please note we reserve the right not to uphold a refund or offer a full refund if the item is damaged upon receipt. In this instance, the customer will be able to choose whether they accept a partial refund or whether they would like the item to be sent back to them.

All of our items are quality assured to meet the highest standards of quality that we promise to our customers. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality jewellery handmade by our artisans which is inspected for quality issues before being despatched to you.

However, we do understand that there may be instances where your delivery could be damaged through transit. For this, we would like to assure you that we provide insured shipping on all our items. Once your package arrives, and you have inspected it for any damage, you must notify us via e-mail at [email protected], within three working days of receiving your delivery if the item was received damaged.

We will require proof of purchase and visible proof of damage through photos/videos. We will then ask you to send the item back to us, and we will repair the item for you free of charge or offer you a like-for-like replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that if you have not informed us within 3 working days of receiving the package that your item was received as damaged or faulty, then we regret that the returns process will be voided.

Please also be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the United Kingdom.

Returns and exchange process

Refunds for online orders can be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Please kindly note a return shipping fee of £30 will be deducted from the refund amount/credit note. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
